Delivery

Shipping to the UK.

Samples:

We currently use Royal Mail 2nd class service to deliver our samples to the UK. For samples that are in stock please allow 3-4 days for delivery. For samples that are on pre-order please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. You will be sent an email to notify you when your order has been dispatched.

Wallpaper Rolls:

We currently use a tracked and signed for service with Parcelforce to deliver our wallpaper rolls to the UK.

For in stock rolls please allow 2-3 days for delivery. You will be sent an email to notify you when your order has been dispatched which will also include a tracking reference number. The courier will require a signature on delivery so please bear this in mind when applying a delivery address to your order.

For wallpaper rolls that are on pre-order please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery. Once your order is in-stock we will contact you for your preferred delivery date as the courier will require a signature on delivery. You will be sent an email to notify you when your order has been dispatched which will also include a tracking reference number.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@richmond-vawser.com  if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Photo evidence will be required to allow us to make a claim against our carriers and we ask that photos are taken as close to the delivery date as possible. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as samples and gift cards. We do not accept returns of partial wallpaper orders (unless faulty), for example you have ordered two wallpaper rolls of the same design and colour and want to return one of the rolls, keeping the other. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

To start a return, please contact us at hello@richmond-vawser.com within 14 days of receipt of your order, you then have 28 days from the date of receiving your order to return it to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Costs for return delivery are not reimbursable unless the item is faulty or damaged.

You must use a tracked delivery service to return your order to qualify for a refund. Please return all items to the following address:

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@richmond-vawser.com.

Shopping Online

For all items in stock we generally dispatch within 1-2 days from your order date. As long as your order has not been dispatched you can cancel or amend it by contacting us at hello@richmond-vawser.com
If your order has already been sent to you then you have 14 days from receipt of the order to notify us of your intent to return, you then have 28 days from the date of receiving your order to return it to us at your own expense. All products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
As long as your order has not yet been dispatched, we can amend your details, the items you have purchased or cancel your order - please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders cannot be cancelled if they are already on their way to you. If we have already sent your order out you will need to send it back to us, or if it arrives by courier, you can reject the delivery and ask for it to be returned to sender, and we can organise the cancellation and refund once it arrives back to us.
Costs for return delivery are not reimbursable. You must use a tracked delivery service to return your order to qualify for a refund.

Yes! On the relevant product page if you click on 'notify me when back in stock' and enter your email address we will get in touch when it's back in stock.

All of our products are sold exclusively through our website, we do not currently supply to any other retailers.

You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after you have placed your order online. This email will contain your order reference number which should be quoted in all correspondance to us.

You should receive your discount code in a 'Welcome' email immediately after you have signed up to our newsletter. Your discount code should be automatically applied to your basket if you click on the link in the email. The code can also be copied and pasted into the 'Discount Code or gift card' bar towards the bottom of the checkout window.

Your order reference number can be found in your order confirmation email. This email will be sent to the email address you provided when you placed your order. Wallpaper

Yes. Samples are available for each wallpaper. To order just choose ‘sample’ on the product page. These samples are intended to aid in your choice of colour and pattern only and are not intended for any other use. We do not accept returns of samples.

Wallpaper samples currently vary from design to design. Please view the relevant product description for accurate dimensions of our wallpaper sample sizes.

Please use our wallpaper calculator to give you an estimate of how many rolls you will need. If your wall space is challenging, then we recommend you allow for wastage and buy an extra roll to avoid disappointment.
Bear in mind when comparing with other manufacturers that we use larger 68.6 cm wide rolls with a length of 10.05m.

Our wallpaper can be used in bathrooms in areas where it will not come into direct contact with water and the bathroom must be suitably ventilated.

Fabric

We are aiming for our fabric to launch online in January 2025.
